RACHEL HOWARD
General Manager of adidas Pacific and a seasoned global executive with over 20 years of experience at adidas International. Rachel’s career has spanned key leadership roles across Russia, China, Germany, and Asia, where she has driven growth, innovation, and brand leadership in diverse markets.
A former Football Fern and Olympian, Rachel brings the same competitive spirit and dedication to her professional career as she did on the field. She is a proven leader with a deep passion for advancing the future of women’s sport, championing its growth as both a cultural movement and a powerful, sustainable business opportunity.
JO CAIRD
With over 20 years’ experience working alongside world-leading teams, brands, and media, Jo brings a front row seat to the rise of women’s sport. Career highlights include being the All Blacks’ first official photographer covering multiple Olympic and World Cup events and 16 years spent creating content for the All Blacks and Black Ferns. Co-author of several books including Our GameMakers: Women’s Rugby, a self-published book celebrating the pioneers of the women’s game.
A strong advocate for gender equity in sport, Jo is committed to advancing opportunities for women on the global stage.
JODY CAMERON
A former Tall Fern, Olympian, and championship-winning player, Jody Cameron has done it all in New Zealand basketball. As Head Coach and co-owner of Kāhu, Jody brings unmatched experience and a deep understanding of the game. A driving force behind the development of women’s basketball in Aotearoa, Jody also leads High Performance Sport NZ’s Te Hāpaitanga initiative, empowering the next generation of female coaches and leaders in sport. Jody’s legacy is defined by breaking barriers and leading the way—on the court, on the sidelines, and in the boardroom.
GEORGIE (PAULA GEORGE)
World Cup-winner and former England Rugby Captain, Georgie, is a double international who represented England and Wales in six World Cups, including two in netball. Following her rugby career, she spent six years as the behind-the-scenes content creator for the All Blacks. A published author and renowned speaker, Georgie’s inspiring life story has captivated audiences. Georgie now works with young athletes as the Scholarship Manager for the Tania Dalton Foundation.
